2-Hour Care Block

Includes immediate post-discharge support, medication setup, garment check, drain check, and getting the client situated and comfortable at home.

12-Hour Care —

$750

Includes comprehensive support such as:

• Vitals monitoring

• Mobility assistance

• Pain management support

• Medication management

• Meal setup and meal prep assistance

• Bathing assistance

• Garment checks

• Drain monitoring

• Comfort positioning

24-Hour Care —

$1200

Includes full-day extended coverage with:
